Eligibility Criteria

A family of two may earn up to $59,160 and still qualify to participate in the NSP Program.  A family of four may earn up to $73,920 and qualify. 

This program is not for investors, only for a buyer’s primary residence. 

Buyers do not need to be a first time home buyer, but cannot currently own a home.

Buyers must be United States residents, and must complete an 8-hour HUD-certified Home Buyer’s Education class.
