The Lee County Department of Human Services is administering the Neighborhood Stabilization Program on the local level, and the NSP process is being closely monitored by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The purpose of the following Question and Answer sheets is to explain how Real estate Brokers/Realtors® can play an active role in the NSP Program of Lee County in either of two ways:
1) Helping Lee County to identify foreclosed homes to purchase, and
2) Helping prospective buyers to view homes and present contract offers.
